GROUPE SCOLAIRE LES ÉMINENTS is approved by Ministerial Order No. MINEDU-NC/CABMINETAT/0008/2026 dated 15 January 2026, concerning the approval and authorisation to operate private educational institutions in the South Kivu 1 Educational Province.

The notification from the General Secretariat is dated 26 January 2026. The school appears in the annex for Ibanda Municipality under the approved private school regime.
