This form follows the 14-stage GSE Admissions journey: request and level, child identity, school history, legal guardians, emergencies, declared health, treatments, special needs, school life, digital services and consent, documents, financial commitment, signatures and validation.

Privacy: information is stored in a private file accessible only to authorised site administrators. Sensitive documents are declared in this form but are not uploaded publicly; verification continues through the secure channel indicated by Admissions.
