DAQAC mission

The Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Department — DAQAC — helps the school define standards, verify evidence, analyse gaps and monitor improvement action. It exercises functional independence within its mandate without replacing operational owners.

Feedback, complaints and suggestions

Families and partners may report a difficulty or propose an improvement. Each request receives an acknowledgement, an owner and follow-up proportionate to its nature. Protection, health or safety matters immediately follow the specialised pathways.
