The Parents’ Portal allows each legal guardian to view only the authorised information concerning his or her own children. It is designed to reduce unnecessary travel, improve follow-up and strengthen communication.

Attendance, homework, notifications, calendar and authorised academic information.

Validated alerts and recommendations without exposing confidential medical notes.
Secure collection
Authorised persons, permanent badge and temporary limited-use QR codes according to school rules.
The full Parents’ Portal will be connected to the central GSE server. Until public activation, families use the official channels communicated by the school.
Secure family access
Each account is linked only to authorised children. Alerts, documents, payments, reports, health information and permissions remain isolated between families. External messages direct users to the secure area without exposing sensitive data.
